We are having an issue where our customers are receiving abandoned cart emails for orders that have not been abandoned.
For example, a customer checked out within a few minutes of adding to cart, yet they still received an email from us telling her to complete her order.
I am confident it has nothing to do with our settings, but just in case I have attached images of our settings for you to view to confirm whether they look OK.
