Emails styling is displaying wrong

We are using the Advanced Shipment Tracking Pro plugin and the emails being sent via the Email Templates Designer plugin look good when sent as a test, but then after its live and a “Shipped” email confirmation email is sent from a real order, on mobile it has full-width product images instead of columns for the product widget in email builder and the order details is the same, with the product image being set to 110px wide and shows right in customizer but in sent email from order, the product images are full width. To test, go to Order #119583 and add your email to the billing email, then enter a USPS tracking number on right side of screen where it says “ADD TRACKING INFO”. This will mark the order as shipped and then your email will get the shipped email.
