I have already followed all the troubleshooting steps and solutions provided in your documentation/blog, but unfortunately, the issue still persists.

The error I receive is:

“Error: An error occurred in the request and at the time were unable to send the consumer data.”

I have tried reconnecting multiple times, but nothing has worked.
