error in order process

overall the plugin is good and seamless, however when importing orders, it gives 2 errors on majority of the products
1. the order has item invalid to import to shopify
2. invalid discount type

also apart from that, for every 5 orders importing, its asking api process limit reached, upgrade to paid. I already have purchased
