To whom it may concern,
I have subscribed to Easypost and been using it as my tracking service. API and webhook are both enabled and tested OK. However, it always gives me the following error message everytime I try to track the order:”Tracking data is not available now. Please come back later. Thank you.”
Additionally, for one of the orders, it shows one more error, that is: “Carrier credentials were not available”.
Please see attached screenshots for your reference.
Please advise what is the reason for these errors and how to fix them.
