Export Format unable to save

Hi,

I wasn’t sure what the difference between the premium and the free version of this was, I thought maybe I needed the premium version to save a custom export format, but every time I click save on the report format, it defaults to the original 4 that come pre-loaded with the plugin.

Any ideas? This is quite important for us.
