extention doesnt conect

hi the extention wond recegnize the sycret key so i cant conect with the plugin so i can import products
i delete it and re install it but no changes til now … i aprove it and then its stacs on conecting and the smal window it opens to aprove it login to my website dashboard after clicking the aproval !! is there somethis i do wrong ? 😀
i have send the password and the login detailes so you can login as admin. there are as a new admin user so you can chek properly.. please lat me know at spacytech@yahoo.com
