Extra Fields not being sent

Hi, I added extra fields (using Flexible Checkout Fields plugin) to the woocommerce bill to and ship to forms, which are not being sent with the email and I cannot find how to add them. Plus I have added a preferred order delivery date field (Order Delivery Date for WooCommerce (Lite version) plugin) which I would like to have that also sent to the email.
