Fatal Error Upon Registration/Login

I setup the plugin along with all the templates including New Account Registration, Order Processing etc.

But when I try to register a new account or login directly via facebook, the new account email is seen directly on the webpage itself along with a fatal error which I have mentioned Privately. I do not receive any email from the template I have set in my inbox.
