Faview – Virtual Reviews for WooCommerce (A New Ticket)

I just bought your Faview – Virtual Reviews for WooCommerce but it does not work when i click the Auto update key from my wordpress admin page to activate the update. I tried several times in vain. So i opened a ticket yesterday and you asked me this:
” Please create a new support ticket and send us the WP admin. If you comment in this post, the topic starter can see your comment even though they’re private.
Therefore, please create a new one and I’ll be checking shortly. ”

So, About rating, it works fine. Thanks. I disabled my cache plugin completely to figure out why it wasn’t working and it works now. Thank you, thank you and thank you for your help. That’s exactly what I want

But the Faview – Virtual Reviews for WooCommerce still not working. I tried clicking the update button again and again despite cache plugin disabled but it doesn’t work. I will leave the cache plugin inactive while you fix this error.
