Filter does not display in frontend and not saving settings

Hi,
I just bought this plugin because I was faced issues with WOOF Filter plugin and I’d like to give a chance this one but I was disappointed in firs time I used.
I created sample 2 filter and saved options and I checked in frontend but the filter seem empty. When I check again fiter’s settings which I created it seem that was not setted up, I thought that it could be saved but just settings fields seem empty and I checked now support page but I realized that many users faced same problem.
So please help me with that it’s urgent
