follow-up emails not sending after installing customizer

Hi there! I was wondering if Email Template Customizer doesn’t work with the WooCommerce Follow up plugin? I have followup emails to send to my clients with instructions on what to do next but nobody is getting them. All anyone is getting is the Customer Invoice/receipt.

I thought perhaps it may be WooCommerce Followups that was the problem, but when I went to their logs, I saw this log which I’ve pasted below which shows your plugin in the log.

Could you advise what needs to be done to fix the problem please?
