Fonts for text entry

Hello – great plugin (I have the pro-version).
Two questions:

1) How can I change the ‘name’ and ’email’ labels inside the text entry fields to be visible? it’s white on white right now.
2) To edit and view repeatedly seems impossible. Is there a ‘admin’ mode so that I can edit/view repeatedly?
3) I am finding it impossible to edit and then check on my PC or mobile as the delays in re-showing take effect and I cannot see the wheel again. Is there an ‘admin mode’ possible?
4) In the ‘custom fields’ tab, what does ‘enable field mobile’ and the next two options below it mean?
