free shipping bar coupon issue

if you already qualify for free shipping ie cart total over $125 and then use a coupon for partial amount then it calculates the cart total not taking into account the coupon. It should be adding cart total and coupon total.

I have the “a minimum order amount OR a coupon selected”(https://prnt.sc/uo821i) with minimum amount set at $125 but shows missing amount required for free shipping(https://prnt.sc/uo82jl)
