Free Shipping Bar covering menu

Hi there,
I installed the upgrate of the plugin so I can make the free shipping bar go above my menu. I don’t see this as an option though.
The issue is that on the phone version it covers the main menu and on the desktop it also covers half the menu. I would like the Free Shipping Bar to be on top and the menu just below.
