Free Shipping Bar Does Not Appear After Plugin Update

Hi, I downloaded and installed the new version of the Free Shipping Bar plugin (1.2.5). My settings were retained and appear correct, however, the free shipping bar is no longer appearing on all pages at the top as it had been previously. The bar shows up at the top at the first load of the page for less than a second and disappears. As well, there is a free shipping image which appears at the bottom right for a second, but both then disappear. Can you assist?
