Hide Popup and discounts

Hello,

1. How do I hide the popup bundle if the person already chose the products from a discount.
Scenario 1: Let us say I create 20% discount if they buy product A, B, C. And I also have a bundle for product A and B. How can I hide bundle popup if the person already has a discount from the same products?
Scenario 2: If he choose add to cart products that are the same from the bundle, don’t make the popup.

2. Is it possible to add more than one discount?
Ex: If they buy product A, B I give coupon 10%; If they buy Product A, B, and C 20% discount.

What are the best ways to achieve the points above?
