How can configure my settings to add shipping cost to the cost of products in the cart?

He i have a problem. my site is able to display the shipping methods from aliexpress but doesn’t add the shipping cost while summing the total a customer should pay for his or her products. How can i solve that.
And in the order receipt it shows that the customer chose free shipping method, of which it mayn’t be available for that very product.
