How do i disable completely variation that is no longer available?

Hi, how do i disable a variation that is no longer available from either showing up or being picked from product page? for example: https://todobabyquerimportados.com/product/toddler-baby-dress-with-big-bow/ i can select it even though it’s out of stock. i want to disable selecting it.
