how do I set up the tracking link correctly

Hello,

the tracking link from the customers email for this page:
https://www.kappistuecherzauber.de/order-tracking__trashed/?tracking_id=A0024800660000003BF3&_wpnonce=d4ac3ad4fe

how can I set up that the link leads to the tracking of the deitschen post and the tracking id is entered there immediately?
