How to hide wheel icon and popup always?

I used the shortcode to display the wheel in a specific position, so I don’t need to display the icon always and also don’t need the auto-popup.
But there is only one option in the settings “Do not show the small icon after customers close wheel”, what if I want to always hide the icon and the popup?
