How to make a Facebook App and change colors e-mail template?

Hello,

I just bought this plugin, and I would like to use Facebook Messenger, however, I can’t find documentation how I can make the Facebook app.

Furthermore, I’d like to change the colours of the e-mail template but somehow I can’t find the option for that.

Additionally, when I send a test e-mail I get an empty e-mail.
