How to remove the bank of avatars

Hi I bought this photo review plugin, some problems need to be fixed:
1) I set not show avatars on the settings, then if review on the product page, there will be a blank part on the left, not look good, may I know how to remove the blank part which for the avatars?
2) When cilick the “2 customer reviews” on the top, then will go to review sections, but sometimes it will display the “with image” filter by default, it’s not reasonable, how to fix it?
