i am having difficulty integrating woocommerce lookbook with my Instagram account

    inability to sync lookbook with my instagram account.
    when i get to
    http://www.instagram.com/developer
    and i click on ‘manage clients’ settings button so as to register new client ID,

    I get a registration disabled notification and I have been stuck here since purchase of the pluggin.
