I cannot Get the Checkout Count down Timer to install . Its Throwing an Error Message

I tried to get your Countdown timer to work .

But the Paid version wont install. I deactivated and deleted the Free Version.

If you cant help me today can I have a refund. I am running a sale today and need a Countdown Timer.
