I have extended the support, but it is still showing as expired

***Note, this is for WooCommerce Product Variations Swatches. I’ve had to use this thread because you won’t let me create on the correct thread because it says my support has expired, but this is the reason for my support request***

I have purchased the extended the support via CodeCanyon and I have selected the ‘Verify here’ button on VillaTheme but the license is still showing as expired.

Normally when I extend, the extension is reflected immediately e.g. I also extended the order tracking at the same time and that has worked fine.
