I just cannot work this out

This plugin is only one that I can post my products from wp to shopify and therefore I have to purchase it.
But I can not make it work. I have another shopify plugin that just brings my shopify products into wp and that works great but with this plugin I keep getting the following errors as in the pic uploaded….
How can I buy something I just cannot get to work…… i have only shown a few characters of my keys in the pic but with full leys it gives me what is shown…

Advice please
