i just cant make the plugin work

I want the product image to change as they select a different color, and I want the color attribute options to be either the product image or at least a box with the right color in it. Black on Grey Hoodie has color and size variations. Please use this product to set up and let me know the settings so that I can replicate and understand. So far I have spent hours trying to work it out with no luck!
