Image automatically resized / stars rating showing wrongly.

Hi,

I have a few issue here, could you please advise how to fix? I can’t provide the FTP due to my hosting doesn’t allow any access from overseas. Please guide me how to fix it. I have attached the screenshot for your reference thanks!

– The images are automatically resized. How can I change its size to be bigger? (screenshot 1)
– The star icon shows 6 stars instead of 5 stars (screenshot 1)
– How can I change the star icon to heart icon and change its color? I tried changing the star image in my theme but what happen was the star icon from your plugin is overlapped with the icon from the theme (screenshot 2). this part i use shortcode to make it show on the front-end and this is what I use :
