Images not showing

i tested to leave reviews with my admin and other customer’s grade account.
when i left a review, there was a button to add photos.
i clicked and upload the photo.
and put some text and send the review.
that approval must be made before reviews become public.
i approved the reviews, and the review show but only with the texts.
image missing.
so i tried to use the option – photos must be uploaded before sumbit the review.
this time, reviews can’t be submited at all.
i think it seems not to upload the images even though i uploaded them.
please help!
