Hi. I have Omnisend creating automatic discount codes, which appear in Shopify. However, when I import these coupons to WooCommerce, then a text string is added to the code. Thus the customer wouldn’t know how to use codes previously created.
Code in Shopify is: “df43-34kr-ji43”
Imported in WooCommerce as: “df43-34kr-ji43 – custom ecommerce email”
If the customer types exactly like above, including the customer ecommcere email text string, then the code works. But I can’t expect my customers to do that. They just want to enter the code.
