import product not working correctly

I bought a premium and when i trying the has specific category product import to shopify, it just did not work. It shows 100% completed, but it only imported 560 items, but I got more than 2600 items on woocommerce category. I tryied importing more than times, by changing some options, Check exist, Keep Product Slug, by date but still not working.
