Importing csv problems

I have problems with VillaTheme woocommerce photo reviews to import reviews. The plugin reads the csv file until 100% and shows the green bar, but says “0 products imported”
So I can´t import my existing reviews from de csv file

Even I have usted same template that gave me in the export option tu be sure about the file frame is correct.
