Importing Products won’t pass 1750. Resets back to 1400 in a Loop.

Issue #1:
Whenever I import products they don’t seem to pass 1750 it just keeps looping back to 1400 over and over.

Issue #2:
I am migrating a multi vendor store using Dokan plugin but it’s not associating the products with the vendors or the orders with the vendors
