Impossible to customize now

I buy your premium coupon box a few minutes ago.
I have to questions :

1 : Since i activate it, impossible to show coupon box when i go to “go to design”
What can i do ?

2 : When somebody close coupon box, if he comes back again, coupon box does not open again. he needs to empty cash.
What can i do ?
