Include tracking information

Hi.

How can I include the tracking information from the standard WooCommerce extension Shipment Tracking? It is normally included without any extra effort in the Woocommerce e-mails when there is a tracking number on the order, but I can’t get the information in the e-mails sent from this plug-in?
