Incompatability with The Events Calendar and Events Ticket Plus

Hi.

I got your plugin to try and recover baskets from the events purchased. I am using Event Tickets Plus and WooCommerce is being used as the payment processor.

I was hoping to have the email popup when someone adds a ticket to their basket however it is not working. How would I be able to set it up so that as they add tickets, the email popup asks them for their email? Or is this not possible?
