incorrect amount when adding items manually to an order via wp-admin

    Here is the scenario

    Product X cost $10 USD and $15 CAD. CAD pricing is the baseline store pricing.

    Check out product X in USD
    Product X showing $10 USD in card – correct

    Add product X to an existing order with baseline USD currency via wp-admin back end
    Product X showing as $15 USD in Cart – incorrect

    happens with all products
