Is it possible to allow visitors to sort reviews by an optional field

We sell a leather dye product that has many different colors. We would like customers to be able to review the different colors so other customers can see photos of the color they may want to use, for example white or brown. With an optional field we can allow past customers to review the product and indicate which color they purchased.

On the reviews display can we show a filter that lets visitors select white or brown and see the white or brown photo reviews?
