Issue on order received page ( valute not converted)

Hi i’m contacting you because in my demo site i’m testing your plugin before going live (i already have the premium version), but we have problems in the order received page where the order value is not converted but is displayed in the standard currency (in my case in euro)

Can you help me to understand how to solve it?
