Issue with country code

Hello, we have an issue with the country code. We want to add Nigeria’s country code 234 by default, also when the user enters the phone number 08028736458, the plugin should remove the initial 0 so we have 2348028736458.

You helped us sort it out last you, but I think when we updated the plugin the fix was overridden.
