Issue with Crosssell Functionality and Mobile Popup Display

I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to bring to your attention an issue I am experiencing with the upsell and cross-sell feature on my website, specifically related to the cross-sell functionality and the mobile popup display.

Firstly, I have configured the cross-sell option to offer discounted products that are specified as cross-sell items in the product settings, as shown in “Picture 1”. However, when testing the feature, I noticed that random products are being displayed instead of the ones specified as cross-sell items in the settings. I have recorded a video demonstration “Video 1” that clearly shows the settings and the mismatched cross-sell product display.

Secondly, on mobile devices, when the “Place Order” button is clicked, a cross-sell popup appears. Unfortunately, the popup window does not fit the screen properly, making it impossible to click the skip button and proceed with the order. I have also recorded a video demonstration “Video 2” to illustrate this issue.

I would greatly appreciate your assistance in resolving these issues. I kindly request your guidance on how to ensure that the correct cross-sell products are displayed, as well as how to optimize the mobile popup display to ensure it fits properly on different screen sizes.
