Issue with Fraction in MultiCurrecny

Hello

As you can see from the attached image, we are having an issue with Fraction in pages.
We added rules for Fractions for three currencies ( KWD, OME, BHD) and also changed the decimal number in the currency ( KWD, OME, BHD) to 3.
In the first hours, it worked well but after that, we see that all currency changed their decimal number to 3 as you can see from the attached image (SAR) currency. even though all other currency is selected decimal number to 0.

Can you please Help us solve this issue?
