Issue with interface after purchasing premium version

    So I had no issues selecting carriers from the drop down menu in the interface of the plugin. Now when I purchased the proversion the drop down menu does not show carries and the block format is offset and missing. I then deactivated the free version and only left the premium version active still the same problem. Also I tried turning off all plugins and im still having the issue.
