    I am writing to report a critical issue encountered on our website, which is affecting the upselling functionality designed to suggest additional products to customers. This feature is crucial for our sales strategy, aiming to enhance customer experience and increase average order value by recommending complementary products.

    Issue Description:
    When a customer adds a product to their shopping cart, an upselling popup appears, suggesting additional items such as chocolates, teddy bears, and balloons that can be added as addons to their purchase. However, we have encountered a problem where the “Add to Cart” buttons for these suggested products within the popup are not functioning. Customers are unable to add any of these suggested items to their cart from the popup, effectively negating the upselling opportunity.

    Steps to Reproduce:

    Visit the product page: Lush Ice
    Click on the “Add to Cart” button for the Lush Ice product. (https://azhar24.com/product/lush-ice/)
    When the upselling popup appears, attempt to click on the “Add to Cart” button for any of the suggested products (e.g., chocolates, teddy bears, balloons).
    Expected Behavior:
    Upon clicking the “Add to Cart” button for a suggested product, the item should be added to the customer’s shopping cart, allowing them to proceed to checkout with both the original and the upsold items.

    Actual Behavior:
    The “Add to Cart” button for the suggested products within the upselling popup is not responsive. Clicking on it has no effect, and the products cannot be added to the shopping cart.

    Troubleshooting Steps Already Taken:

    Confirmed the issue occurs across multiple browsers (Chrome, Firefox, Safari).
    Cleared browser cache and cookies, but the problem persists.
    Verified that the “Add to Cart” functionality works correctly elsewhere on the site.
    We suspect this may be related to a scripting or integration issue with the upselling feature. Any assistance you can provide to resolve this matter would be greatly appreciated, as it is impacting our ability to effectively upsell products and enhance our customer’s shopping experience.
