Issues with Checkout Section

Hi ,

Basically I installed this plugin on multisite but for some reason on one of my multi-sites the checkout section of the side bar on the desktop view is not displaying correctly. Please see the attached image

Desktop View Problems –

1. Not Displaying Correctly
2. How to make Billing & Shipping Button same size as the Back to Cart Button
3. How to remove Personal Data message ?

Mobile View –

1. How to remove sliding to side function
2. How to make Billing & Shipping Button same size as the Back to Cart Button
3. How to remove Personal Data message ?

Can you also tell me how you fixed this problem so that I can resolve it if it comes up on other multisite.
