Issues with currency and email customizer

    Hi,

    I would like assistance with 2 of your plugins.

    Multi-currency plugin
    • Firstly, there is a problem with the currency widget. The dropdown currencies are displayed behind text and images already on the site, making it impossible to read. The ‘Listbox currency’ code is the only option that doesn’t cause this problem. (I’m currently using Elementor and the Astra theme. I used Elementor to Theme builder to build some of the shop pages and the header.)
    • The other issue I have with this widget is that it’s displayed in two different shapes and sizes in different browsers which makes it hard to space it correctly. I get a small rounded rectangular shape on Safari and a large box shape on Chrome.
    • The lower bound/rule settings also do not work, no matter what I enter.
    • One of the biggest issues I found after doing a test order is that this plugin puts orders on hold instead of ‘processing’. I did a test order one my site paying in USD by Paypal, and in the back-end the order was set to ‘on-hold’. Once I deactivated the plugin, the issue resolved itself (deactivating the plugin did not remove it from the sidebar or remove the widgets from my site for some reason). This is a huge problem because it requires me to manually change the status to ‘processing’. If I’m away, customers will not immediately be sent an email confirming their order.

    Tracking / Email customizer plugin
    I downloaded the email template customizer plugin to use with the tracking plugin as advised by VillaTheme, however, this plugin also has a number of problems.

    • Firstly, I have been attempting to send tracking details in the completed order email as it makes no sense to send customers 3 different emails (processing, completed and tracking). However, whenever I choose the tracking template and set the email type to ‘completed order’, no tracking details are added to the email, instead it appears completely blank.
    • The other issue I’ve found with this plugin is with the menu widget. Once clicking upload any link you enter is deleted.

    Please could someone look into these issues as soon as possible! I’ve had to pause orders to my store until some these issues are fixed causing financial loss.
