Klaviyo Missing

Hello. We have the premium version installed. In the documentation, the Klaviyo integration is there.
However, in our dashboard, we only have Mailchimp, Active Campaign, Sendgrid and Metrilo.
Klaviyo is missing.

We need Klaviyo, do not use any of the above and we are not planning to switch our provider.
