Languages photo review

Hi,

I am having trouble getting the photos reviews and normal reviews displaying on all language sites.

I want all of the language reviews to show on all the language version sites. This because I mainly have English reviews and not many Dutch or German. Therefore it would be better to have all language reviews displaying all the time on all pages.

Any help appreciated! I cant seem to see where do to it.
