list item purchased plus others

Hello,
I noticed some other notification plugins will mention the product purchased and add “plus 2 other items” in the notification. The way its currently running, it seems like every customer only purchases one item. Is there a setting somewhere for that?

Sometimes I have customers purchase multiple items and I would like it to say,
Jenny from New York, NY purchased
Dance Belt – Medium, Black plus 2 more items
